Do I need a card to start?
No. The Starter plan is free and needs no card. Install the plugin, open the chat and build.
What does a plan actually limit?
Tokens. Every message and every action the agent takes in Studio uses some. Starter gets a daily amount, paid plans get a monthly budget with no daily cap. The meter in the chat sidebar shows what is left.
What happens when I run out?
On Starter you wait for the daily reset or upgrade. On a paid plan the agent pauses until your next billing day, and you can move to a bigger plan at any time.
Can I cancel?
Yes, from your account page in two clicks. You keep your plan until the end of the period you paid for and nothing is charged after that.
Are prices before tax?
Yes. Local tax, if any, is added at checkout based on your country. Many US states add none.
Do you give refunds?
Consumers in the UK and EU have a 14 day cancellation right, as set out in our Terms. Beyond that, payments are not refundable.
Who takes the payment?
Paddle, our merchant of record. They handle the card, the tax and the invoice, so the charge on your statement comes from Paddle.
