Terms of Service for RoCode.app
Last Updated: October 2026
1. Who We Are
The Service is operated by Abdullah Hasan, a sole trader trading as RoCode, at 5 Cape Close, Barking and Dagenham, London IG11 8NE, United Kingdom. You can reach us at support@rocode.app. In these Terms, "RoCode", "we" and "us" mean that business.
2. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the RoCode.app website and its services (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of the terms, then you may not access the Service.
3. Description of Service
RoCode.app is an AI-powered assistant designed to help developers generate, explain, and debug scripts for the Roblox platform. The Service is intended as a tool to aid development and is not a substitute for proper coding practices and testing.
RoCode is an independent product. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Roblox Corporation.
4. Eligibility and Age
You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service.
If you are under 18, you may use the Service only with the permission of a parent or guardian, and you may only buy a paid plan if the cardholder has agreed to that payment. By subscribing you confirm that you are the cardholder or that you have the cardholder's permission.
If you are under 18, you need the cardholder's permission to buy, and a parent or guardian must agree before you use Claude Sonnet 5.5, Claude Opus 5.5 or GPT-6 Astra.
If you are a parent or guardian and you believe a payment was made from your card without your permission, email us at support@rocode.app and we will work with you to sort it out.
5. User Accounts
To use most features of the Service, you must register for an account using your email address or an optional Google / Discord sign-in. You are responsible for safeguarding access to your email or linked social account and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
6. Subscriptions and Payment
- Plans: The Service offers a free Starter plan with limits, and paid plans called Pro, Studio, Ultra and Max. Each paid plan includes a set number of credits for each billing period. The features and current prices of every plan are shown on our pricing page and again at checkout before you pay.
- Currency: All prices are in US dollars (USD) and are charged in US dollars, whichever country you are in. Your bank may apply its own conversion or foreign transaction fees, which we do not control.
- Credits: Paid plans and credit packs give you credits. Running the AI uses credits. How many a run uses depends on the model you pick and the size of the task, and the chat shows the cost of every run.
- Plan credits are added at the start of each billing period. Plan credits you have not used are removed when the period ends. They do not carry over.
- Pack credits never expire while your account is open. They are used after your plan credits. If you cancel your plan, your pack credits stay on your account and work again when you pick a plan.
- Credits are not money. They have no cash value, cannot be transferred, sold or given to someone else, and can only be used in RoCode.
- If a run fails because of a problem on our side, its credits go back to your balance automatically, within fair use limits.
- Billing and automatic renewal: Paid plans are sold monthly or annually, depending on the option you choose at checkout. An annual plan has the same credits as the monthly one, refilled every 30 days. Your plan renews automatically at the end of each billing period, and your payment method is charged again, until you cancel. The amount and the next renewal date are shown at checkout and on your My Account page.
- Payment processing: Payments are handled by Paddle.com, our merchant of record and reseller of the Service. Paddle takes the payment, handles any sales tax or VAT, and issues the invoice. We do not receive or store your card details. By subscribing you also agree to Paddle's buyer terms.
- Price changes: If we change the price of your plan, we will tell you by email before it takes effect, and the new price applies from your next renewal. If you do not want to continue at the new price, you can cancel before that date.
- Cancellation: You may cancel your paid subscription at any time on your My Account page under Subscription settings. Click Cancel subscription to stop recurring payments. Your cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and you retain paid access until that date.
- 14 day refund policy: If you are not happy with a purchase, you can ask for a full refund within 14 days of the payment, for any reason. This applies to every paid plan, monthly or annual, to renewals, and to credit packs, wherever you live. Request it at paddle.net using the email address on your receipt, or by replying to your Paddle receipt email. Paddle, as merchant of record, issues the refund to your original payment method.
- What happens after a refund: If a payment is refunded, the credits it paid for are removed. When a plan payment is refunded, that plan ends and your account returns to the free plan. When the extra payment for a move to a bigger plan is refunded, you go back to the plan you had before. When a credit pack is refunded, its remaining credits are removed. After a refund, new plans, plan upgrades and credit packs are paused on that account for 60 days. Write to support@rocode.app if you need to buy sooner.
- After 14 days: Payments are not refundable after 14 days, except where the law requires it. After 14 days we do not give money back for partial billing periods or for unused credits, but cancelling stops all future charges. Credits are not money and cannot be exchanged for cash. If something goes wrong on our side, contact us and we will try to put it right.
- Promotions, discounts and referrals: We sometimes offer discount codes, promotional prices and a referral programme. The conditions of an offer are shown with that offer. A discount code applies only to the plan and billing period it states, codes cannot be combined unless we say so, and we may withdraw or change an offer at any time for future purchases. Referring yourself is not allowed, and we may reverse referral rewards gained by abuse.
7. User Conduct and Responsibilities
You agree not to use the Service for any unlawful purpose or to violate any laws in your jurisdiction. You are solely responsible for the content you create (prompts) and the code you generate using the Service. You agree not to:
- Attempt to disrupt, hack, or compromise the integrity or security of the Service.
- Use the service to generate malicious code or for any illegal activity.
8. Intellectual Property

9. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES & LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
THIS IS A CRITICAL SECTION. PLEASE READ CAREFULLY.
The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. RoCode makes no warranty that the Service or the code it generates will be accurate, reliable, error-free, or suitable for your specific purposes.
You acknowledge and agree that you use any code generated by RoCode.app at your own risk. RoCode is not responsible for any bugs, errors, security vulnerabilities, or damages (including but not to limited to data loss, financial loss, or damage to your projects) that may arise from the use of the generated code.
In no event shall RoCode be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service.
10. Termination
RoCode reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to the Service at its sole discretion, without prior notice, for conduct that RoCode believes violates these Terms or is otherwise harmful to other users of the Service, RoCode, or third parties.
11. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter (including non-contractual disputes or claims), are governed by and construed in accordance with the law of England and Wales.
You and RoCode agree that the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any such dispute or claim. If you are a consumer, nothing in this section removes any protection you have under the mandatory consumer law of your country of residence, and you may also bring proceedings in the courts of that country.
12. Changes to Terms
RoCode reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. RoCode will provide notice of significant changes by posting the new Terms on this page. Your continued use of the Service after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
