The plugin won’t connect. Update Roblox Studio and the plugin, open rocode.app/chat, type the 8-character code from the RoCode panel, then press Connect in the panel to confirm. More fixes are in Troubleshooting.
I ran out of credits. Free credits refill every day at 00:00 UTC. Paid plans refill monthly, and credit packs never expire. See Pricing.
I want a refund or to cancel. Cancel any time from your account page. For refunds, email support@rocode.app; the details are in Refunds.
