1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the RoCode.ai website and its services (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of the terms, then you may not access the Service.

2. Description of Service

RoCode.ai is an AI-powered assistant designed to help developers generate, explain, and debug scripts for the Roblox platform. The Service is intended as a tool to aid development and is not a substitute for proper coding practices and testing.

3. User Accounts

To use most features of the Service, you must register for an account. You are responsible for safeguarding your password and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify me immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. Subscriptions and Payment

• Plans: The Service offers a free plan with limitations and a paid "Pro" subscription plan with enhanced features.
• Billing: Paid subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis (e.g., monthly). Payments are handled by my third-party payment processor, Stripe. By subscribing, you agree to their terms of service.
• Cancellation: You may cancel your Pro subscription at any time through your "My Account" page. Your cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period, and you will retain Pro access until that date.
• Refunds: Payments are non-refundable. I do not provide refunds or credits for any partial subscription periods.

5. User Conduct and Responsibilities

You agree not to use the Service for any unlawful purpose or to violate any laws in your jurisdiction. You are solely responsible for the content you create (prompts) and the code you generate using the Service. You agree not to:

• Attempt to disrupt, hack, or compromise the integrity or security of the Service.
• Use the service to generate malicious code or for any illegal activity.

6. Intellectual Property

I own all rights, title, and interest in and to the RoCode.ai website, brand, and service. You, the user, retain ownership of the prompts you submit. Subject to your compliance with these Terms, I grant you a license to use the code generated by the Service for your personal or commercial projects.

7. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES & LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. I make no warranty that the Service or the code it generates will be accurate, reliable, error-free, or suitable for your specific purposes.

You acknowledge and agree that you use any code generated by RoCode.ai at your own risk. I am not responsible for any bugs, errors, security vulnerabilities, or damages (including but not to limited to data loss, financial loss, or damage to your projects) that may arise from the use of the generated code.

In no event shall RoCode.ai or I (the owner) be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service.

8. Termination

I reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to the Service at my sole discretion, without prior notice, for conduct that I believe violates these Terms or is otherwise harmful to other users of the Service, me, or third parties.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of Poland, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

10. Changes to Terms

I reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. I will provide notice of significant changes by posting the new Terms on this page. Your continued use of the Service after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
